KizunaX provides business-support services for companies exploring or entering the Japanese market, which may include B2B business matching and partner introductions (delivered virtually or on-site), market-entry advisory, support relating to corporate registration and business set-up in Japan, feasibility studies and market research, seminars, webinars and events, and downloadable resources.
Descriptions of services on the website are for general information only. Paid engagements are governed by a separate service agreement, proposal, or engagement letter between you and VenturesLink; in the event of any conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms for the relevant engagement.
No guarantee of outcomes. Our services include introductions to, and facilitation of discussions with, third-party companies. We do not guarantee that any introduction, meeting, event, or engagement will result in a partnership, distribution arrangement, investment, sale, regulatory approval, or any other commercial outcome. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
